I have moved four times since the night I was wearing it, and every time I pack a box I find it again, and every time I tell myself this is the year I finally throw it out, and every time I fold it back up and put it at the bottom of the bin instead. It is not sentimental. I do not keep it the way a man keeps a wedding shirt or a child's first jersey.
